You need a COVID-19 Test negative result on your arrival in Turkey.
Who needs PCR Test?

The PCR tests are reliable for only 72 hours after the test result is available. If it is more than 72 hours past your result, you will be asked to retake the test inside the airport.
What will happen if my test is positive?
Foreign passengers with COVID-19 positive test result will be referred to a private hospital by the Ministry of Health.
Turkish passengers with positive test result will be referred to a state hospital.
Anyone suspected of having COVID-19 symptoms will be transported to a hospital for examination or to a dormitory to be quarantined. If an individual is found to have COVID-19, all other passengers of the same aircraft/vehicle/vessel will be identified and contacted in order to be examined for COVID-19 symptoms. Those individuals will be required to spend a 14-day isolation/quarantine.
Since 15th of March 2021, all passengers arriving in Turkey (except the transit passangers) are required to fill out “Form for Entry to Turkey” within the last 72 hours before their flights. You can find the form at “http://register.health.gov.tr”
