Established in 2007, AlMaha Holding developed swiftly to the level of having three international offices in Doha, Dubai and the most recent one in Istanbul where our central office is located currently. Our main focus is on Real Estate and Investment opportunities, however, we offer vast services for immigration, Residency and Tourism as well.
Our Real Estate services include construction and operating properties, mainly in Istanbul. We offer +300 projects in Istanbul that cover all tastes of our clients. In our construction and renovation projects, we use high standard materials, much more higher than Turkey’s standards since we believe that our clients deserve the international standards.

Our Story Begins....
2013
Our story started with establishing our first office in Doha, Qatar under the name of AlMaha Investment which soon contributed to opening a second branch in Dubai. Staring as a car rental company, AlMaha soon turned out to become a Real Estate company playing a significant role in the market.
2015
By this year, our market share had grown by 450% within only two years. AlMaha was now a huge company with +130 employees including drivers, sales team and customer care services.
2017
By 2017, we opened our third office in Istanbul, Turkey. Now AlMaha Investment was a Real Estate, Investment and Tourism company with a extended vision to grab a huge market share in Turkey as the country is ever-growing.
2018
Our massive and well-prepared investment offers, brought us a high number of investors who were happy to invest in profitable market of Turkey. Our investment packages were in Real Estate and Tourism.
2020
Having grown significantly, we developed our company by 2020 as well as starting new lines of services leading to changing our name to AlMaha Holding. AlMaha Holding is now offering wide services in; Real Estate working with +400 projects inside and outside of Istanbul, Tourism (daily/weekly flat rental and tourism packages), Car Rental, Turkey Citizenship Services and Investment.
2021
By 2021, we have more than 30 companies being established by us in Istanbul which are growing fast and coming up with new requirements. As a result, we started Web Design and Digital Marketing services as well.
